These were taken during a brain surgery at the operating room of the DMSF Hospital at around 10AM. The patient is a seven-year old female with a meningoencephalocoele (congenital abnormality) that is located at the bridge of her nose. The protruded brain with its meninges are nonfunctional and they have to be removed for cosmetic purposes. It's really the bloody brain! ^o^
